This Privacy Policy explains how No More VLOOKUP handles your data.

1. Data Access and Use

The add-on accesses your Google Sheets data only as necessary to perform its core function: reading and writing spreadsheet cells to synchronize matching rows between sheets. It does not access any other Google user data or files.

2. Data Storage and Retention

• No Persistent Storage: The add-on does not store, log, or transmit any spreadsheet contents, metadata, or user information to external servers. Your data never "leaves" your Google account.

• In-Memory Processing: All operations occur temporarily in memory within Google’s secure Apps Script runtime. Once the function completes, all transient data is immediately discarded.

• Retention Policy: Because no user data is ever stored, there is no long-term data retention.

3. Data Protection and Security

We implement strict data protection measures to ensure your information remains secure:

• All data processing occurs entirely within Google’s secure infrastructure, subject to Google’s encryption and access control standards.

• The add-on never transmits your data outside of Google’s environment.

• Access to your Google account data is protected through OAuth 2.0, and scopes are limited to the minimum required for functionality.

• We review code to ensure compliance with Google’s policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party. The add-on operates within your Google Workspace environment only.

5. Security

All processing occurs under Google’s secure infrastructure. We do not maintain any separate databases or logs containing your data.
